Organisation's Profile :- Ahmedabad based NGO Cohesion Foundation Trust(CFT) in partnership with International NGO Reach to Teach is recruiting staff for Education and Community Programme in Bhachau.

Salary :-
Commensurate with experience & skills (upto a maximum of ₹.300,000 CTC per annum)
Job Function :-
Developing and implementing administrative system at field level. Facilitate office management with maintenance of office and giving a safe and comfortable office environment. Purchasing and maintaining record of office supplies ( stationeries, equipment, furniture, IT equipment's)
Facilitating travel and accommodation bookings. Coordination on various office support such as housekeeping, courier service, pantry and other safety requirement. Managing front office and general office administration and providing logistics support at local and state level. Facilitating and organising events like meeting, conferences and training program. Maintenance of HR Personal files and staff records. Any other task assigned by the line manager.
Key Skills :-
Qualifications & Experience :- Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience OR Masters with 5 years of experience in administrative role preferably in an NGO
